DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR
<div align='justify'><p><strong>WHEREAS, </strong>on 11 February 2026, Wednesday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of Tinagba Festival;</p><p><strong>WHEREAS</strong>, it is but fitting and proper that that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;</p><p><strong>NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO</strong>, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>FERDINAND R.
