DECLARING MONDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR
<div align="justify"><strong>WHEREAS, </strong>on 02 February 2026, Monday, the Province of Ilocos Sur will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;<p><strong>WHEREAS</strong>, it is but fitting and proper that that the people of the Province of Ilocos Sur be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;</p><p><strong>NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO</strong>, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>FERDINAND R.
