DECLARING TUESDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS,on 03 February 2026, Tuesday, the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 81stLiberation Day;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Biñan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 03 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna.
