DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS,on 12 February 2026, Thursday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 28th Charter Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 12 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.
