DECLARING SATURDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TANGUB, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL
<div align="justify"><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">on 28 February 2026, Saturday, the City of Tangub, Province of Misamis Occidental will mark the celebration of its 58<sup>th </sup>Charter Anniversary;</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tangub be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">NOW, THEREFORE, I, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif"><strong>RALPH G. RECTO , </strong>Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>FERDINAND R.
