Declaring Wednesday, 16 September 2026 as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the Municipality of San Ildefonso, Province of Ilocos Sur

WHEREAS,on 16 September 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of San Ildefonso, Province of Ilocos Sur will commemorate the Basi Revolt of 1807;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Ildefonso be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,  do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 May 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Ildefonso, Province of Ilocos Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
