DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINALIN, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA
WHEREAS,on 27 August 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 412thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Minalin be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 27 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga.
