DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALABON
WHEREAS,on 21 May 2026, Thursday, the City of Malabon will mark the celebration of its 427thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malabon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 21 May 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malabon.
