DECLARING MONDAY, 11 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN
WHEREAS,on 11 May 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 346thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aparri be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Monday, 11 May 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayn.
