WHEREAS,on 05 May 2026, Tuesday, the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 May 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela.
