PROCLAMATION NO. 1223 DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL April 20, 2026

WHEREAS, on 22 May 2026, Friday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 22 May 2026, a special (non-working) day in  the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
