PROCLAMATION NO. 1214 DECLARING TUESDAY, 19 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN April 15, 2026

WHEREAS,on 19 May 2026, Tuesday, the City of Butuan will mark the celebration of the Balangay Festival;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare 19 May 2026, Tuesday, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
