DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PULILAN, PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS,on 14 May 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Pulilan, Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the Kneeling Carabao Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pulilan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare 14 May 2026, Thursday, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pulilan, Province of Bulacan.
