DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 APRIL 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLINAO, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
WHEREAS,on 17 April 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Bolinao, Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of the Mangunguna Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bolinao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 17 April 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bolinao, Province of Pangasinan.
