DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICI[PALITY OF DINGLE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

<strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS,</font></strong> on 28 October 2025 Tuesday, the Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo, will commemorate the Cry of Lincud, the first declaration of revolution against Spain in the province of Iloilo and island of Panay;<br><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm" align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dingle be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; </font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm" align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">NOW, THEREFORE, I, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif"><strong>LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, </strong>Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>FERDINAND R.
