PROCLAMATION NO. 1041 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1022, S. 2025, BY DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PILI, OCAMPO, CANAMAN, CAMALIGAN, MAGARAO,BOMBON, CALABANGA, GAINZA, LIBMANAN, MILAOR, MINALABAC,PAMPLONA, PASACAO, AND SAN FERNANDO, ALL FROM THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR September 18, 2025

WHEREAS,  Proclamation No. 654 dated 25 September 2013 which amended Proclamation 776, s 1991 declared every Friday immediately preceding the feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia as a special day in the City of Naga;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 1022, s 2025 declared 19 September 2025 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipalities of Pili,Ocampo, Canaman, Camaligan, Magarao, Bombon, and Calabanga, all from the Province of Camarines Sur;

WHEREAS, considering the significant economic, cultural and historical ties between Naga City and its neighboring municipalities, and the immense benefits that the Peñafrancia Festival would bring to their communities, there is a need to amend Proclamation No. 1022, s 2025so as to include the following municipalities in its coverage namely: Gainza, Libmanan, Milaor, Minalabac, Pamplona, Pasacao, and San Fernando, all from the Province of Camarines Sur.

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 19 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipalities ofPili,Ocampo, Canaman, Camaligan, Magarao, Bombon, and Calabanga, all from the Province of Camarines Sur;
