PROCLAMATION NO.1036 DECLARING FRIDAY, 03 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL ( N0N- WORKING ) DAY IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE September 29, 2025

WHEREAS,  on 03 October 2025 Friday, Mountain Province will mark the celebration of the Provincial Indigenous People's Day;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of Mountain Province be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 03 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
