DECLARING THURSDAY , 02 OCTOBER 2025,A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS
WHEREAS,on 02 October 2025, Thursday, the Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Dinagat Islands be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 02 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Dinagat Islands.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
