PROCLAMATION NO. 1016 DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI September 04, 2025

WHEREAS,the Province of Tawi-Tawi will mark the celebration of its 52^ndAnniversary on 27 September 2025, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS,to enable the people of the Province of Tawi-Tawi to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that 23 September 2025, Tuesday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 27 September 2025;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Tawi-Tawi be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Tawi-Tawi.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
