PROCLAMATION NO. 1014 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR September 04, 2025

WHEREAS,on 17 September 2025, Wednesday, the Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 73^rdFounding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
