PROCLAMATION NO. 1059 DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN October 13, 2025

WHEREAS,on 11 November 2025, Tuesday, the Puerto Princesa Underground River was chosen as one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature;

WHEREAS,Proclamation No. 816 dated 03 July 2014 declared 11 November of every year as Puerto Princesa Underground River Day;

WHEREAS,on 11 November 2025, Tuesday, the City of Puerto Princesa will mark the celebration of the Puerto Princesa Underground River Day;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Puerto Princesa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Puerto Princea, Province of Palawan.
