WHEREAS,on 12 December 2025, Friday, the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite will mark the celebration of its 10^thCityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Trias be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO ,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 12 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite.
