PROCLAMATION NO. 1098 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF BULACAN November 26, 2025

WHEREAS,on 10 December 2025, Wednesday, the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Meycauayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO ,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan.
