DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GATTARAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN
WHEREAS,on 25 November 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Gattaran, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of the Panagsalukag Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gattaran be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gattaran, Province of Cagayan.
