PROCLAMATION NO. 1091 DECLARING TUESDAY, 09 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURGOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE November 12, 2025

WHEREAS,on 09 December 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Burgos, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Burgos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 09 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Burgos, Province of Ilocos Norte.
