PROCLAMATION NO. 1090 DECLARING MONDAY, 01 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL November 12, 2025

WHEREAS,on 01 December 2025, Monday, the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of the Sumbingtik Festival and its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Monday, 01 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
