PROCLAMATION NO. 1088 DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINOBA-AN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL November 12, 2025

WHEREAS,on 20 November 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Hinoba-an, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of HInoba-an be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 20 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Hinoba-an, Province of Negros Occidental.
