DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M'LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">PROCLAMATION NO. 1081</font></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M'LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO </font></strong></p><p align="justify" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">on Friday, 05 December 2025, the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the Kawayanan Festival; </font></p><p align="justify" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M'lang be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; </font></p><p align="justify" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">NOW, THEREFORE, I, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif"><strong>LUCAS P.
