PROCLAMATION NO. 1080 DECLARING THURSDAY, 04 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VINTAR, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE November 07, 2025

WHEREAS,on 04 December 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocos Norte will celebrate Vintar Day;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Vintar be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 04 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocor Norte.
