PROCLAMATION NO. 1078 DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS November 07, 2025

WHEREAS,on 11 November 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its traditional Parada ng mga Kabayo/Tiburin Race;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas.
