WHEREAS,on 16 June 2025, Monday, the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its 75^thFounding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Monday, 16 June 2025, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental.
