DECLARING MONDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY
WHEREAS,on 24 February 2025, Monday, the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its 24thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Monday, 24 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
