DECLARING TUESDAY, 18 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS,on 18 February 2025, Tuesday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Tawo-Tawo Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 18 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.
