PROCLAMATION NO. 1121 DECLARING MONDAY, 26 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE December 23, 2025

WHEREAS,the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte will mark the celebration of its 455^thFounding Anniversary on 25 January 2026, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS,to enable the people of the Municipality of Carigara to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 26 January 2026, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 25 January 2026;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO ,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Monday, 26 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.
