PROCLAMATION NO. 1117 DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS December 16, 2025

WHEREAS,on 16 January 2026, Friday, the City of Batangas will mark the celebration of its city fiesta;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO ,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 16 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
