PROCLAMATION NO. 1115 DECLARING SATURDAY, 31 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS December 16, 2025

WHEREAS,on 31 January 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Lian, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Liberation Day;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO ,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Saturday, 31 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lian, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
