PROCLAMATION NO. 1002 DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT August 27, 2025

WHEREAS,the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its 68^thFounding Anniversary and the 12^thHamungaya Festival on 30 August 2025, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS,to enable the people of the Municipality of Isulan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Isulan requested that 29 August 2025, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 30 August 2025;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 29 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
