PROCLAMATION NO. 996 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 03 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR August 11, 2025

WHEREAS,on 03 September 2025, Wednesday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of its 57^th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Wednesday, 03 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
