DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 MAY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC
<div align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS,</font></strong> on 02 May 2025<font face="Times New Roman, serif">, Friday, the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 151<sup>st</sup> Founding Anniversary; <br></font></div><div align="justify"><br></div><div align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">WHEREAS, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada be given full opporturnity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;</font><div align="justify"><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm" align="justify"><strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif">NOW, THEREFORE, I, </font></strong><font face="Times New Roman, serif"><strong>LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, </strong>Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>FERDINAND R.
