DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 MAY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS,on 22 May 2025, Tuesday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opporturnity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 22 May 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental.
