DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO
WHEREAS,on 15 November 2024, Friday, the Province of Oritental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 74thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 15 November 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
