DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2024, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA
WHEREAS,on 12 November 2024, Tuesday, the City of Valenzuela will mark the celebration of its 401stFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 12 November 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
