DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS,on 20 December 2024, Friday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental will celebrate its 76th Founding Anniversary and the Pasaway Handurawan Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 20 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
