DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 APRIL 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC
WHEREAS,on 19 April 2024, Friday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 26thCharter Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 19 April 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
IN WITNESS THEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
