PROCLAMATION NO. 496 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 03 APRIL 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALINGIGA, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR March 15, 2024

WHEREAS,on 03 April 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Balingiga, Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 170^thFounding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Balingiga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Wednesday, 03 April 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Balingiga, Province of Eastern Samar.

IN WITNESS THEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
