DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 AUGUST 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN
WHEREAS,on 16 August 2024, Friday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of the Pavvurulun Afi Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 16 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
