DECLARING MONDAY, 15 JULY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS,the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary on 14 July 2024, which falls on a Sunday;
WHEREAS,to enable the people of the City of Guihulngan to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 15 July 2024, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 14 July 2024;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Monday, 15 July 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
