WHEREAS,on 27 February 2024, Tuesday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 85^thFounding Anniversary and the 35^thKalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the foregoing occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos,
