WHEREAS,on 25 January 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte will mark the celebration of its 453^rdFounding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 25 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.
