DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA
WHEREAS,on 02 February 2024, Friday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 312thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat.
